Allow Me to Introduce Myself

A smiling young couple outdoors, kneeling on green grass, each holding a dog. The man has glasses and short brown hair, the woman has long blonde hair. The man holds a black and white Border Collie, and the woman holds a small white fluffy dog wearing a pink collar. In the background, there is a wooden fence, a large tree, and a light-colored house.

My name is Fred and I hold a Master of Science in Applied Sport Psychology from Adams State University and am a current Certified Mental Performance Consultant®.

My mission is to develop champion individuals on and off the field by mixing science-backed mental tools and strategies with life-lessons, conducting myself in a professional manner on and off the field, developing quality relationships with athletes, keeping an open mind and positive attitude, and being an ambassador of service leadership.

My experience includes working with elite athletes and teams across professional, collegiate, and high school sports. This includes organizations such as the Disc Golf Pro Tour and MASLW, elite training facilities like IMG Academy, and collegiate programs spanning NCAA Divisions I, II, and III, NAIA, and Junior College (JUCO).

I have previously coached high school soccer for nine years at Wichita East High School and have five years of combined experience coaching soccer at the NCAA Division II and NAIA levels.

I love spending time with my wife Emma and two dogs Everest and Lady. Most importantly, I am THE Self-Proclaimed Sweet Tea Connoisseur.

I would LOVE the opportunity to support you in your journey to being the best athlete and human you can be!
